1 amazon review with a doa psu, a second with a fried PC.
Easy-enough to excuse as 'bad dicerolls' but, I've already learned my lesson(s*) on PSUs, and would avoid this unit. I'd look at the ATX3.0 and 3.1 Cooler Master units on sale, instead.

A. Don't cheap-out. The lifespan and immediate-term performance of every other component in your PC depends on clean and stable DC power from the PSU.
B. 'Budget' doesn't need to mean no-name. A quality PSU that's sat on the shelf New-In-Box for over a year, is still a good PSU. ATX3.1 does bring better transient protection and holdup time but-
C. Buy +20% - +50% wattage capacity over your expected load. You lose a smidge of efficiency when regularly underloading a PSU but, 5-10years from now the 'overhead' will be appreciated. [Prior to ATX3.1, this was a reliable way to get more holdup time and better transient load mitigation]

There is a msi power supply after rebate for 59$ on msi website. For members only but that is free and the power supply is a good one if interested in that. It is MAG A750GLS PCIE5 750W Power Supply. There is a post for it here.
