Do your fingers not reach in there? It's weird because the mouth looks big enough for a sponge to reach the bend.

Have five or six of these in different colors. Great mugs. Easy to clean, hard to tip (but not impossible) and keeps the coffee hot for a long time.

Highly recommend the metal pour over coffee maker as well. It fits on top of this mug and it's great for making a mug full of coffee.

Tough to tip, but looks like it's also tough to wash given the walls don't slope evenly way down, I can't imagine a brush able to clean the bend in the wall towards the top.

Perhaps people with long slender fingers can reach the bend with a sponge, but what about just a bit beyond the bend on the way down? That's not a spot one can reach with a brush either and I doubt anybody's fingers can get there. They could've made this easy to clean had they took out that bend and made this shaped like a reverse funnel. It wouldn't look good, but this doesn't look good to me either.

Not sure what you're the admiral of, but here's hoping your ship has the world's largest cup holders.

People lived thousands of years without brushes to clean the inner walls of their double walked stainless steel coffee cup.

Throw some soapy water in there, shake vigorously and move on.

Sure, but we don't make stainless steel like they used to during the Roman empire...

Have a different color of this mug that I've had for a few years now: Got no problems cleaning the interior but my hands are on the smaller side. I like to set it on the car dash where it doesn't obstruct driver view and it hasn't slipped off with regular driving thanks to its rubber bottom.
