I'm using an Anker with PD passthrough, but it gets hot enough to fry an egg.

On some forums it says that is a common issue with the PD passthrough, and that ones with external power supply are better and get warm (but not hot).

Does anyone have one of these, and can comment on how hot they get? Thanks.
