I don't think Hanes makes this in XLT size, Amazon and Hanes say "Big & Tall Sizes Available" but really it only comes in "Big" sizes like XXL XXXL 4XL 5XL. But the beefy T comes in XLT but it's short sleeved so who cares? The sleeve length doesn't matter in short sleeved shirts
