WHY OH WHY do sugar and palm oil have to taste so damned good when mixed with a few peanuts? This stuff is candy bar filling masquerading as peanut butter and it is outrageously delicious.

Agreed. We switched to Smuckers Natrual just to cut down on the sugar and palm oil. Jif is like crack.

2 g added sugar per 33 g serving. If ur looking for sugar in a modern diet PB is not the boogie man.
