These are indeed 6 pairs for the 12-14 size. I immediately noticed the extra room I prefer for my size 13 and since non-hi end brands don't usually have that option in my experience I went back and made a purchase for 2 more packs and used "no rush" for an additional 2% on the 5% off using my Amazon card. The spandex should also keep these socks from getting all loose at the top as they age.

I think mostly all the main brands like Hanes fruit of the loom and so on have all had a race to the bottom recently. The quality of their socks have become terrible. They are thin and don't hold up to the first wear and wash. I have been wearing dickies work socks as they are not the greatest but they are not total garbage
