Good deal, but if you aren't building itx, go with the ASRock challenger (same price), it's bigger but runs quieter and cooler because of it.

Powercolor has better customer service/warranty service than Asrock, Asrock has some of the worst is another consideration in your buying decision.

Pulled the trigger. Been waiting for 2 years to buy a GPU, first year waiting for the 9070 XT to release and the last 9 months for prices to go down. Was still worried I might not get the best possible deal during the holidays, but MC has a 30-day price protection (as does Newegg, BTW, at least for the holidays) so that takes care of that concern.

The other deciding factor to pull the trigger now is that RAM prices are skyrocketing and AMD and Nvidia have both stated they'll have to raise prices again soon. So, if you're in the market now but on the fence, you might consider jumping on this or another deal soon, especially if the place you buy from will refund you the difference if the price drops in the near term.

Yeah, I see no reason to choose another AIB on the Radeon side besides PowerColor, XFX, or Sapphire. They are as close as you can get to EVGA when it comes to after sale support.

Ronak [reddit.com] handles all of the RMAs and broken GPU testing for PowerColor US. He can be contacted directly if you have a problem. https://www.reddit.com/r/PowerCol...00xt_very/

XFX has Mark [reddit.com] and Erik [reddit.com] and Sapphire has Ed [x.com] if normal channels don't work out.
