FYI about cancellations and Pay in 4 If Pay in 4 is used and you cancel your order before shipping, you may lose the Pay in 4 option to repurchase for up to 72 hours. I cancelled an order and the Pay in 4 went away for a repurchase (cancelled because I could get much better promo pricing than when I bought) I talked to a CSR about this when Pay in 4 did not show as an option when repurchasing. Supposedly controlled by the computer program and the CSR team cannot escalate or reinstate manually.

This is a strong deal on the 512GB Galaxy S25 Ultra, especially in Titanium Gray, with the best pricing tied to Samsung.com and often requiring an EPP, EDU, or workplace account. The phone can drop from the listed $750 to the high $600s or even lower when promo codes, referral codes, and PayPal Pay in 4 cash back stack, and some orders also include free shipping or bonus rewards. The main catch is that pricing is highly inconsistent, with many carts showing $1,069 or higher, gray stock going out of stock, and the app or trade in flow sometimes breaking the discount. A good value if the right account and checkout path line up.
Titanium Gray pricing can drop to about $750 when the correct cart and selection conditions apply.
PayPal Pay in 4 can add extra savings through pending rewards points after checkout.
Color can be swapped after ordering while keeping the same discounted price in some cases.
Some buyers report stacking discounts with employer or education eligibility to reach lower effective totals.
Deal visibility and pricing can be inconsistent, with some sessions showing about $1,069 instead of $750.
PayPal Pay in 4 availability can fail or disappear, including cases where the amount is too high or the option is missing.
Using the Shop Samsung app can cause discounts to disappear or the deal to fail to load, pushing users toward Samsung.com workflows.
Checkout can become unstable, including cart glitches, out-of-stock changes, or orders removed due to high demand.

This deal is COMPLETELY RANDOM!!! Just F5 until it shows up. Seriously. That is one way I finally got it to show up. This was on Brave and not signed into my account and not on a VPN. Just hit F5 until it shows. It basically started as 1070 and then flickered for a second before swapping over to 750.

I am a costco/att subscriber. My S23U is fetching $1100 dollars worth of trade-in discount on S25U (and others), in case you are in the same boat. I bought my S23U a month ago for $350 on ebay.
Even reinstalled the app.

Usually Samsung has great tradein offers prelaunch so I suspect if I wait it out till Febish I might be able to pay ~500 for a whole next generation upgrade instead ?
