FYI about cancellations and Pay in 4 If Pay in 4 is used and you cancel your order before shipping, you may lose the Pay in 4 option to repurchase for up to 72 hours. I cancelled an order and the Pay in 4 went away for a repurchase (cancelled because I could get much better promo pricing than when I bought) I talked to a CSR about this when Pay in 4 did not show as an option when repurchasing. Supposedly controlled by the computer program and the CSR team cannot escalate or reinstate manually.

Worked for me even without app, As other guy suggested, need to connected vpn, and then price will show up $750 with taxes $800.
Instructions:
1) Make sure VPN is connected. I use SurfShark VPN.
2) I Used android phone brave browser, use the link above, and price will show up just follow the above instructions.
I am not sure about PayPal 20% CB, but use 4 payments via PayPal payment method. Lets see If i get 20% CB or not. Once again Big thanks for the post.

Nothing works.
Figured it out. It's an account targeted thing. When I was screwing around on the app this time changing addresses for my account while also adding and re-adding the item I got an error message.
"Trigger discount failed to apply to item. Please spend $500 more for additional discounts"
So yah, this is account specific and only if you've recently spent over $500 through Samsung with your account it looks like.

Worked on Mobile using Internet Browser.
NOT signed in to Samsung acct and would even allow Guest Checkout.
Also did VPN to Los Angeles via Edge Browser and works on my EPP acct.
Turn off all Popup Trackers etc
