Thanks. Which one should I buy for the bathrooms and kitchens?
Always buy 100% Silicone caulk, regardless of location of project. Other caulking will have to be replaced yearly. Silicone (depending on dogs, kids, etc.) can look fresh for 10+ years.

Just recaulked my shower with gorilla waterproof caulk and seal. So far, very happy with the results. It dries very elastic to accommodate joints. Only time will tell though.
How long does it take for the silicone caulk to get hard?
Silicone caulk is typically dry to the touch in 30 minutes to an hour, but requires about 24 hours to fully cure, though this can take longer depending on factors like humidity and thickness. Full curing ensures the caulk is completely solid and can withstand water or stress.
However, and keep in mind, this product is siliconized acrylic and takes a week to fully cure.
