Couldn't get the $750 price on desktop pc, had to go to Smasung.com on my mobile device(through Chrome) and the price was the $749. Used PayPal Pay In 4 to get the 20% cashback bringing the total to $600. You have to log in to you PayPal and go to the "Rewards" section, find the 20% cashback offer and "save" it to make it active.
$600 for a 512gb Ultra is a amazing price! Smilie Just when I needed a new cell! I've been deal hunting for a couple months. Glad I waited!

I checked the Samsung website source, it looked like the developer wrote the promotion for Chromium-based browsers only such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi, and DuckDuckGo. Other browsers like Firefox and Safari won't see the promotion.

I have followed these steps. (My chrome browser has Rokuten and User Agent switcher extentions)

Open Chrome Browser
Go to user agent switcher extension, select Android KitKat.
Go to samsung website, selelet titanium gray color, it will show 749.99$
Add to cart
Switch back to Chrome default browser from User agent switcher.
Click Rokuten and get 3% cashback.
Checkout out and select Paypal and select Pay Later 4 payments and continue.

Final amount : 749.99 + Tax - 20% off from Paypal - 3% cash back from Raa ku _ ten

Once paid via this option, PayPal account has this as pending under that offer. So it is obvious that we will get 20% back, if not return the phone

FYI - it looks like you can stack the regular 3% from the Paypal app and the 20% offer together by going to Samsung store through the Paypal app. I ended up with 18,673 points by doing this = $186.73 cash back.

I had to click on one of the tablet 'tech' offers and then navigate to the 25 Ultra page to get it to work since I could not find a direct link to the Samsung store in the Paypal app.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried getting this deal through the link on both Safari and Chrome, on my Iphone and my Macbook. It will not replicate. Phone shows $949 for me.

Where did you navigate on the Paypal app to get to the S25 ultra page? I'm having a hard time finding it. Can you please list the steps you did to get there and checkout? So you went thorough the Paypal app and not the Samsung site then? When I click on Rewards tab in Paypal app it comes up as error.
