Couldn't get the $750 price on desktop pc, had to go to Smasung.com on my mobile device(through Chrome) and the price was the $749. Used PayPal Pay In 4 to get the 20% cashback bringing the total to $600. You have to log in to you PayPal and go to the "Rewards" section, find the 20% cashback offer and "save" it to make it active.
$600 for a 512gb Ultra is a amazing price! Just when I needed a new cell! I've been deal hunting for a couple months. Glad I waited!

I checked the Samsung website source, it looked like the developer wrote the promotion for Chromium-based browsers only such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi, and DuckDuckGo. Other browsers like Firefox and Safari won't see the promotion.

If you order the color on this deal you can change the color at no charge extra on the Samsung order summary. I got the blue one, it takes about a minute to update the info

There is no need to look for Samsung in paypal at all. Check out PayPal rewards section and activate "20% cash back on pay later purchases". Then do your thing with cb and samsung. When its time to pay, simply click on pay with PayPal. The option to pay in 4 will be there. Hope this helps

After many attempts failed. I got an email from Samsung showing a link to my cart. Used that . Then the PayPal option to pay. selected pay with 4 payment and it went through. Finally 😃.

went back into my order and swapped the color. all done.

TIP: If the Samsung Shop doesn't show a $750 Price

I tried the Samsung Store App, 3 different browsers, had to enable/disable Desktop mode, then change colors to get the $750 price

STEP-BY-STEP

1). Opened Google Chrome on on my phone, manually without links I went to the Samsung store site. Make sure to not be logged into the Samsung Store (clear cookies/cache). Open the S25 Ultra store page.

2). It'll likely show $1,000+. Enable Desktop Mode on Google Chrome. Refresh the page. Disable Desktop Mode. Refresh the page. It shows as $850

3) Change the color to Titanium Grey, price becomes $750. Add to cart, and then log into your Samsung shop account if you have one to collect Samsung Reward points— or checkout as guest.

ADVANCED NOTE (Optional): Once you add it to cart at $750 using Google Chrome app, you can login into your Samsung Store account — it'll save your cart. Then if needed (first use promo codes), you can install the Samsung Store app and login into the app, and it'll show the cart with the $750 item.

Card was not added under Payin4 and the link to add the card failed on phone. Finally was able to add a card but then the application got denied.

"We regret that we are unable to approve your request at this time for the following reason:
  • Application information tied to unusual activity.
Thank you for your interest in PayPal Pay in 4."

How did you find Samsung in the pay later section? I've been trying for a while and can't find the Samsung store in the PayPal account.
