These are fully manual flashes - there is no auto (TTL) mode, so do keep that in mind.
I have 4 batteries in total for them (the 3 included ones + one extra bought at the same time) and all still charge fine. I know some of the newer AD600TTL ones have issues with the batteries not charging after a while.
These have gone on many indoor and outdoor shoots, even in 118 degree heat, they've fallen a couple times (and I've had to replace the bulb a couple times!) but they've held up super well and I would easily recommend these to everyone in the market for one.
