A little upset I didn't see this sooner, but I needed the laptop for the 20th for my girls bday. With my employee discount I got pretty close to this price from Walmart that and 5% cash back

So I'd say, good deal

Rest of laptop is good but cpu is way too power hungry for these thinner designs

I think this is a great deal. Really love Lenovo because of all the ports you get out of the box.

So it's pretty close to perfect, but with that CPU it's mostly going to live on the power cord even for basic web browsing. My cousin bought the I7-14700 version of this in summer, less than 2 hours at 40% brightness of web browsing brand new with settings tweaked down. Madness. Returned, swapped for the Ryzen 260 version and got 6+ hours. This is only going to be worse.

Other than that, it's basically the best gaming laptop I've seen under 1500 not just this generation, but almost any gen. The screen is amazing, keyboard feels great, weight is crazy light compared to like a 16" Legion 5 Pro.

It's accurate without the power brick. This 15.1" is crazy light, but the build quality still feels at Legion Pro level. Shockingly great little laptop minus the above.

Assuming you are talking about the Legion 5i 16" with the 5060, I'm not sure. IDK how well the Ultra 9 275HX does on battery life. I just personally think sub 2 hours of basic use on battery is a deal breaker in a laptop, even one like the Legion 5 15.1 which is imo an incredible laptop.

Yeah of course. I'm just doubting that it's really 4.1lbs
