Depending on what you're cooking them in, of course you can. We did it in bulk in the family restaurant. I'm not though sure about air frying using a non-adjustable cutter

I had it for few years, but not using any more. Its easy to slice small to medium size (sweet)potatoes/yam, but takes considerable force to push down medium to large size potatoes/yam. Used it few times and gave up.
