If you stack this with 20% paypal plus 4% elsewhere cashback tricks, it seems decent for under a grand taxed and shipped (or picked up same day). It seems to use cheap mobo that doesn't even have 2.5 gig ethernet. I don't think the CPU supports PCIe 5.0, either. SSD is DRAMless QLC. Still, it's a nice mid-range PC for 1080p gaming or something. Most gamers won't notice the limitations of the SSD, CPU, mobo, etc. RAM is probably also high CL or whatever, but RAM is crazy expensive these days so 32 GB would cost $200 at Microcenter for a custom build.

Paypal makes this a decent deal at close to 1k. Without it this would be pretty bad compared to something like the CyberPower deal from a few weeks ago. Of course, if this has better quality parts and does not skimp in the usual prebuilt areas, such as a good Mobo/PSU and good stock temps under load, it's worth the $150 upcharge. Though that will take more research or hands-on experience to find out.

You can't use paypal to pay Microcenter. OP PC is perfect price to fit into the 20% trick.

but now I'm not sure we can get one with 5070 for that price. Feel like it's getting more expensive.
I end up getting something else.
