I got one of these last year off of SD. Likely a different model, but man these portable monitors are so so so convenient, especially if you travel or on my case work remotely but travel around the house.

Does this has 3.5mm audio jack?

Edit: yes it does! Whoo hoo! I can finally play legacy console quietly without an actual TV!

Ideal for productivity and travel, though not suited for high-end gaming or professional color work

I love these portable monitors. They are great if you have a lot of headless PCs like I do. You can quickly connect one of these to it without any hassle.

$50 for an IPS panel seems pretty good. I like that this one has a foldable cover. That seems super convenient for my use case.

Anyway to connect this to your cell phone, directly wired or casting or mirroring?

The cover got me. I bought the MSI one from Costco but not having a cover and having to find one separately is a hassle.

Not liking the mini-HDMI though as I was hoping to use it for my PS3 occasionally.

If anyone has both, I'd appreciate some feedback before I make the return to Costco. Thanks !

Which phone? For Samsung you can just use their Dex thing, with Dex USB-to-HDMI cable. Possibly with other Android phones. Not sure about Apple.

If a name brand is important to you. They probably come from the same factory. They're just surplus laptop display panels fitted with a controller and repurposed as a mobile monitor.

The MSI one from Costco had a slip cover I think? Not sure where my wife stuck the monitor though or would confirm lol.
