Yeap. I grabbed one then, was in really good shape (excellent condition as per best buy) with no problems yet. Maybe these.are from the same batch, the guy in best buy said they were returning because people did not know they were computers that need setup, (unlike switchs) and kids had no idea how to install games and such.

The ad says this comes with "reduced warranty" but I can't find any details in the ad. The earlier expired deal at Bestbuy for $399 in "excellent condition" was probably better for easier returns and factory warranty. But I just bought a used Playstation Portal and Logitech G Cloud so I better not spend any more money on handhelds LOL.
