This is the first season, so no goofy dad stuff. When it sticks to the core game story and keeps it lean and mean, it's really good.

Correct. S2 was also good minus the dad stuff. It went downhill after pedro died. Will there be a S3?

In many cases they don't, especially for their AAA titles. Disney is foregoing digital codes in ssome of their titles, too. They finally realized it hurts their subscriber potential.

You can tell how wokey they went with diverse actors but it did bother me more stuff like
[SPOILER] What they did to my fav character Bill...weird episode but good ending tho he is alive on the game.

The season 1 show was just ok they used real girafe! but the (1st) game is better as someone mentioned.

I did not bother with the 2nd game or season 2 show although I got a ps4 pro back then just to wait for 2nd game before all the leaks...still have the game in my shell not played.

Love the first game but the 2nd game is better imo than the first in terms of gameplay and story. I envy that you still get to experience it for the first time. In terms of this deal they are only going to have one more season before they are out of game material so I am going to wait and buy the entire series.
