Can't disagree more. I used it fully extended up to the second highest rung and used a pole saw off of that. No issues. It also gets me on top of 2-story roofs.

Good ladder, but not a slick price. Was cheaper last year.

You chould use cheap bulbs that does not last a month. Change it 100 times, and bring down the average cost.

Don't buy this if you expect to use it for anything but an a frame ladder and on stairs.as a regular extention ladder is as absolute garbage. When it is fuly extended, I wouldn't trust it for someone over 150 lbs. I own this exact ladder, it's heavy, sucks to use, and isn't to be trusted past 10'

Lucky I missed that one but 18' still works for single story homes. Solid price for this aluminum one. Harbor Freight also sells around same price but they are heavier metal ones in compare to this one.

I really wish I had gotten the style that has adjustable individual feet, so that if you're putting it on a slope that goes from left to right slope downward, up against your house, you could extend the right foot and try to level it out a bit.

Yep. Came here to say as much. Many times i've wished my Werner version of this had adjustable legs to get a safer footing on uneven ground.

I dont know what you are doing wrong but I've used my brothers 22' and my 18' gorilla ladder in every possible configuration and never once felt unsafe. At my heaviest I was 255lbs at the time too.
