I've had this for years. I put it under my standing desk top make it into a impromptu treadmill desk. I works fine, without an issue. Even have it be able to turn on and off using Home Assistant and a IF transmitter/receiver.
It's was already sub 200 dollars before, and now this is even cheaper. Set your expectations for an office walking treadmill and you won't be disappointed.

Based on the reviews, quality control is really bad and these treadmills weigh about 89lbs so you cannot really just move them around even though they are foldable.

Costco version is double/triple price of comparative Chinese versions on amazon Walmart. Probably not worth the markup
