Got for $30 on PS5. It's fun but the kind of game I'd rather kill time in here and there. I can see it being a great Switch 2 game.

Yeah its a keycard, and I just popped it in and it automatically began downloading the game.
Never triggered any prompts. It never said anything like it was locking the game to my console,nothing like that.
It behaved exactly as if I inserted a new game disc in my Playstation and automatically begin doing installation
And if I can simply pop out the cartridge and let my friend borrow it, and he pops it in his switch 2, and behaves the same exact way, then I got absolutely no problem with a keycard.

because in 10+ years that card won't have much/any value.

How's that any different than the PS5 disc that also doesn't have all the game data on it?
What difference is there between a car missing one tire versus a car missing all four tires? Neither of them are drivable.
