If you've never played Comamnder, any off the shelf deck is fine enough to give it a try with friends or at a store. Some decks are just better out of the box than others, particularly the new Final Fantasy decks or Tarkir ones. But you can always give it a try and find an archetype that tickles your flavor of Tylenol. Beginner friendly stores usually have folks that will let you play with one of their decks in a pod to try out something different.

Barely worth it. Temur Roar is another dragon-themed preconfigured Commander deck (from this year) that costs $35-40 some places, and is composed of cards worth $60-70. It would be a more interesting deck than this one.
