How's the battery life with the extension? Anyone have one and can confirm the quoted specs?
I have a V6 and that thing doesn't pick up dust bunnies without being on full suction.

I have a refurbished on I picked up on Woot 3 years ago, and the battery life is very good. It sets to "automatic" (medium) setting by default, and that setting seems to work very well for 90% of what I have here.
If you put it on "boost", I think it could suck out some old caulk between the tiles in the bathroom, but the battery life drops dramatically.
I originally bought this to have "handy" for occasional messes, and when I didn't feel like dragging out the Dyson Animal Ball vacuum. After a month or so, I started using the V11 to vacuum the entire house. Don't get me wrong; the Animal Ball plug-in is still a little bit more powerful. But the V11 should do for most jobs.

What's the point of this product? According to reviews it's heavy for a stick, it struggles to roll over medium/high pile carpet, it looks clunky to maneuver because of the pivoting head and it has a short lifespan because you're relying on a battery. Not to mention you're paying $200 for a refurb which could have questionable battery life from the get-go.

Owned one for ~5 years now. Used it as the primary vacuum in a 1400 sqft house with 90% low pile carpet. Works great. Battery could do the entire home 1.5 times. Boost mode drains battery in maybe 7 minutes of continuous runtime. It does struggle on high pile rugs and very heavy compared to an older v8.I'd say this is for someone who has a smaller apartment/townhouse and needs a powerful, yet slim vacuum. Battery has lasted 5 years with great runtime still; but purchased new so cannot comment on refurbished experience.

Same .I also have V6 and it's struggling to pickup even small particles on normal mode. Max mode is eating up battery quick.
