Seems like a great deal. This is my first CPAP machine. I've had it about 18 months and have been very happy with it and small enough not to need a second travel sized one. Some people complain about the water tank, no problem for me although sometimes I have to try once or twice to make it seal properly when reinserting it.

I have the 11 and the water tank causes me issues as well! Always have to quickly pull it out and reinsert when I turn the machine on to get it to seal. Anyone else have this problem?

How can you tell when it isn't sealed?

Water chamber design is so much worse than the 10. Even the hose connector in the back of the machine is poorly designed versus the prior model. That being said, I'm using the new one and I'm finding it to be quieter and the airflow algorithms do appear to be better for me.
Thanks OP. Just picked one up. My doctor wanted around $1000-1100 for a machine, a mask, and one tube. This is literally half the price and I can use my FSA card to burn the rest of my remaining cash to buy it before the benefits expire at the end of the year.

I have that happen very occasionally. Try a different reservoir. If that doesn't work make sure there is nothing out of shape inside

Never had this problem, but I clean out the sealing surfaces on the inside of the machine every 3-6 months
