I own a couple USB extension cables by this company, they work flawlessly and are made of good materials, thick braided cables, solid connectors, etc

Yeah, it seems the sale price is over. I'm getting $9.12 ... don't really need it.
So, pass. They'll be more this whole week.

Many ppl in the reviews are saying it can't hold a decent charge while in use, probably has cheap parts that can't handle the power loss through high temps.

Never thought that would be a thing power loss with high temps. Good point. I just assumed once it starts charging at that speed it would maintain it all the way through. I always wonder how these little guys can transfer 20-30 watts of heat without a place to dissipate the heat generated?

The newer chargers are tiny because of the galilum nitrites ability to handle heat (GaN)chargers

I got mine in. I was sent a 54W charger. 😔

I was mostly caring about a 45W USB-C charger, but this can't do that, either. Despite being advertised as capable of it. Both the documentation as well as the charger itself say "TOTAL OUTPUT: 54W".
