I've seen. But warning that this isn't returnable even though it's sold by Amazon.

The one thing that helps is moving the chargers inside the house, instead of charging in the cold garage. I also bring my batteries inside the house when a storm is coming so that they start out warm.
I clean my driveway, my apron, and sidewalks in one shot.
