I had to do this from the iphone app. Did not work on the PC. EDIT: I logged in from my iphone app, did not work in the browser on PC or iOS. Look for the "Alternative Billing" button to subscribe from the app store.

I was able to replicate this offer on my ios device. It didn't give an option on the web browser though. So maybe on APP based offer only.
