But isn't the whole point that the Venturist Pro motor is essentially the same Pro-Grade power as their $400+ models? At $175 with a 5-year factory warranty, you're basically paying for the warranty and getting a brand new motor base for free.
I'd buy this and just worry about a single-serving container later.
I wish Blendtec would still have sales.

It's important to verify if it is actually possible to defeat the self-detect container lock-out on the Venturist Pro via the RFID hack or some other method because without that you will be limited using only self-detect containers with Venturist Pro such as the 48" 3" blade container. Disclaimer: I have no personal experience with defeating the container lock-out.
I use the 4" blade 64 oz low wide container on my legacy G series for small servings. It's perfectly usable with the proper technique. Plus the 64 low accomplishes processing tasks which aren't possible with the tall skinny 64.
The Legacy 32 oz has never been offered as a s-d container. It is available with wet or dry blade. Both containers are exactly the same except for the blade.
The 48 oz Dry Grains version is a universal fit. It is chipped and works with nearly all motor bases. Both the 32 and 48 dry grains containers are identical to the wet versions except for the blade. Try swapping just the blade instead of the entire shaft-seal-bearing assembly.
The Vitamix 3" wet blade number is laser etched with 104675-1 or STM102R. I have not seen the genuine blade sold separately from the shaft bearing assembly which is $$$ but they are easily salvaged from shafts with worn out bearings and broken contauners.

I purchased one as a spare and haven't gotten around to changing the blade. The OEM bare container alone cost more than this. I only use legacy motor bases so no worry for me about compatibility.

Can you provide step by step instructions on hack to disable self detect?
Looks like RFID hack will make anything work on this base so that will probably be the way to do it.

My VMO158 G series "7500" has a low wide 64 oz and I use the 32 oz wet container. My Oct 2012 7500 is quieter than a 7500 I purchased in 2021. Vitamix does not make motors. The suppliers can change. I tried the E320 Costco Explorian. I don't like the ear-splitting high pitched noise when running on high but they get the job done. Vitamix refunded the cost of the extended warranty when I resold one of the E320's.
