This seller only has 19 ratings I would pass
Most of the time it is just sitting in the garage taking up space and the owner would like it gone.
Other times the battery is dead, which gives a perfect excuse to get it cheap and put drill batteries in it.

We bought a 6V version (from a different vendor) last holiday season for our two grandkids (ages 3 and 2 and the time). They both fit but, as they have grown, it's a tight squeeze today.
Two nits, with the remote, it is hard to position the vehicle to drive exactly straight. Requires constant attention due to the stepped steering changes. Also, we find the three selectable speeds (in our version of the vehicle) to not align with our desired walking speed.
Otherwise, the kids love it as we used it to transport them to the neighborhood park.
