The Target model is basically their exclusive version of the Duo Plus. Does the Amazon one come with any accessories?

Target's exclusive differs with 15 smart programs & Amazon one is basically basing on 70% quicker cooking time - reply from instant pot Customer support

70% quicker than what? The Target descriptions says the same thing:
Good Food Done Faster + Power-Packed Performance: Cook up to 70% faster.* 1000 watts, 120 V~ 60 Hz, UL & ULC Listed.

*Compared to traditional slow cooking

From someone who has the Target version, it came with a silicone egg-bites tray with a cover and a metal rack to lift up the tray as well as other items. We used the rack to cook a turkey. It looks like the Amazon version does not have these three items.
Comparing the two panels as AnciusD pointed out seem identical features, pretty much. Some look like they are just renamed.

Is the power cord attached or detachable?

I know you saw this in the other thread, but reposting for others here: The power cable is removable. It is only ~3 feet long, but is a standard appliance cord, so you can substitute a longer one of thicker gauge.
