Just an FYI, i asked the rep and they said this promo rate only for 12 months, after that it will go up.
Most new customer pricing is limited to one year only. There is a 5-yr price lock. However, likelihood of continuing the first year discount when it ends is slim.
I have a negative balance on my fiber account due to multiple At&t credit card offers, would it be worth the trouble to open it again with my wife's name? Would At&t send a refund check for negative balance?

Yes, if you have negative balance for longer time AT&T usually sends a check.
Im existing customer and I pay 65 for 500mb. Can I get this offer
Chat or talk to customer service. I am grandfathered as I have HBO Max included. If you have a newer plan, you can ask to upgrade and see if they give the same price for one year.

You may want to ask again. When I asked a rep, I was told it was as long as I have the plan. Also the terms say this:
"1 GIG for Price Offer: Subject to change and may be discontinued at any time. Price after discounts: 20% ($18/mo.) with eligible wireless plan, $25/mo. for new residential AT&T Fiber customers, and $10/mo. with eligible AutoPay & paperless bill. Pay full plan cost until discounts start within 3 bill cycles. Must maintain Internet 1000 tier for continued receipt of discounts. Employees, retirees, or residents of select multi-dwelling units not eligible."
While it does say it can be changed at any time, I think that applies to the base price of the plan. Nothing on it says the discount is only good for one year.

Here is your answer "with eligible wireless plan, $25/mo" so if you dont have a wireless plan, it will only last 1 year, i asked the rep again and they confirmed. Not all of us have wireless plan with AT&T

I think that part is just the additional $18 savings if you have Internet and cell phone. That's to make 1gig fiber $37 per month instead of $55.
$90 original price
$25 off for being new ($65)
$10 off for auto pay ($55)
20% (currently $18) for cell phone bundle ($37)
I'll ask again before I sign up though to make sure. And I'll try and get something in writing if they tell me it's supposed to be forever. Because I know companies love to make promises that they later claim "oh the previous person was mistaken so you actually have a worse offer sorry for misinformation"

I asked another chat rep and they said the $25 discount is for as long as you keep the plan and don't change it. No cell phone requirement. I guess the plan could increase in price if they change their 1-gig plan to be more than $90 but the $25 discount should always be applied after that.

According to those ToS, u have to pay full price for internet ($90) for 3 months until the $25 off for being new kicks in?! Wth. Is that stackable with the holiday, new at&t fiber customer $150 gift card thats advertised as well?

Yeah it makes no sense at all that the discount doesn't show up right away. Especially a multiple month delay.
I don't think the $150 reward credit was part of the original deal but the chat rep offered it to me when I signed up for the $55 1gig plan. The site no longer shows the $55 price either so I'm glad I got it set up when I did.
