Yes, same problem. Tried a bunch of different cards, tried it from my phone instead of desktop, cell plan instead of wifi, privacy.com, etc. No go.
I already have commercial free Disney+ for $70 a year, because it was offered through work several years back, and I loaded up on it, knowing the price would go up.

Some of us don't sit around drooling about deals but when a bunch of thumbs go up you put it in a cart set up payment and just before hitting the purchase button look to see what it was.

I usually set a reminder and cancel so I'm off it for a month to take advantage each year. But a lot of people just use a 2nd email and credit card!
