PSA: If you don't need the Hulu and happen to live near a Krogers, you can get Kroger Boost membership (free same day delivery) + Disney included for $50 for 1 year (Black Friday, half off membership price). That's like $4 a month. I already get Hulu for $1.99 with student discount, so I went the Kroger route instead

TY for sharing. Will still do this but it's a tougher call at $5. Hulu is worth $0 to me and Disney Plus is iffy, at best.

Kroger Boost at 50% off is a way better deal than this. I'm good :-)https://slickdeals.net/f/18798856
It looks like that is just one or the other; not all 3 combined. Or does it change once you sign up?

I have the American Express $7 credit available.
If I sign up for hulu/disney deal at $5, add HBO at $3 = $8 total, will American Express issue the full $7/month credit for a net of $1. Thanks…
someone on the other thread said it won't work. the first one gets the credit but not the second

Supposedly they're modifying the Disney+ app further than they already have, and the "new, unified app" will launch some time in 2026. It will include Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN content all in one app. They're probably trying to integrate features from the Hulu app that people seemed to like alongside the changes that have already been made to the Disney+ app.

Of course this means if you're not paying for one of the services, the content will show and when you select it, you'll have a chance to subscribe and/or modify your current subscription. Kind of like Amazon Prime Video does.
Hulu and ESPN are already included in the Disney+ app.

IPTV will forever be the correct way to go.That said, if you have a Pi-hole you can still block ads on both Hulu and Disney+ if you watch through Disney+.
I've been thinking about IPTV. Is there any particular provider that you'd recommend?

oh ok thanks will look.
I believe OP is referring to the $25 monthly amex platinum digital credit, not an actual offer on the card.

I have had IPTV for 10 years and it has many cons. The biggest one is that nearly every service has some level of buffering (pausing/stuttering"). This can last for a few seconds or several seconds. As far as frequency, you have some good days where it happens seldom, and you have bad days where you want to pull your hair out. It gets old after a while. But worst of all is the lack of recording solutions. I had Youtube TV for 12-18 months during this 10-year period and their DVR capability is outstanding. IPTV offers nothing good as far as recording. I had recently found an IPTV service that had little to no buffering for several months, but now the buffering has started.

Thanks. This is still low enough that the AmEx benefit covers it, my kids will be happy.

Did they make the Hulu app now obsolete? Can't access hulu app using my un/pw, but ok through the disney app.
Go to manage account in disney app, scroll down, activate hulu then u can use standalone hulu app.

Save your money
It's going to have Percy Jackson season 2 in early December and that's worth watching.

So with BCE you get a free $7 credit a month.Could I get this offer for me and one for my friend and pay both on my card so I'm only paying about $3 a month for both accounts?
Qualifying purchases may consist of one or more transactions during a calendar month.

I followed your instruction to "total due today of $1.00" and have a couple of questions:

1. So I have to pay only $1/mo to have D+ on top of "Free Hulu On Us" from Tmobile? If so, is it for 12 months or forever?

2. How can I have "No Adds" option: after "subscribe $1/mo" and then log in D+ to change to "No Adds"?
In terms of duration, my understanding is it is as long as you have an active T-Mobile plan, and assumes T-Mobile continues to provide Hulu for free and the Disney+ with ads remains at $12.99/month. Regarding upgrading to Disney+ Premium after establishing Disney+ w/ads for $1.00/month, I believe you would have to upgrade to a Disney+ Premium / Hulu bundle (at Disney - NOT Hulu) for the T-Mobile $11.99 credit to apply, and I'm not seeing that plan option right now. There is a bundle for $19.99 that includes ESPN, but I don't know if the T-Mobile credit would work on this bundle.
