"Used" is a bit different than manufacturer refurbished. It also includes a 2 year warranty. Throw in the 20% discount for PayPal if applicable and any cashback and it's a pretty great deal IMHO.

I selected PayPal and assumed it would popup a window to select Pi4, but the order went through without any further confirmation required. So is the Pay in 4 a YMMV for different people for the same product?

You have to delete payment option in ebay and on check out choose PayPal. you can choose pay in 4 for payment.
