I believe this is the lowest we've ever seen it new.
This should be the review of the 27-inch model (correct me if I'm wrong)

RTings says that review does not apply to the 32-inch version
"It's also available in a larger 32-inch size at Best Buy in the US, though that model has a different panel, so the results are only valid for this monitor."
