The DLC is normally $40 on its own, so this is basically like getting the statue and all the other stuff for the cost of shipping.
In terms of modern "DLC" phrasing/marketing Shadow of the Erdtree is basically an expansion. It requires the base game to play but has enough content that it almost could have been a standalone game. It has more content as a DLC than some other actual full games.
Shipping sucks but this is still a great deal for everything included. Although I will say not having the base game included it is strange on Namcos part
