Dishwashers are usually required to be on A dedicated circuit, or a circuit that isn't shared with other large appliances. Adding a second device to the same outlet using a splitter may violate code, depending on your local rules. Could it be done? Of course. The Q3 requires very low amps, the dishwasher would never notice it there. I don't know if an electrician would do it or not though, but its $50-$150 job, easily done in an hour. If they do go for it, make sure they at least use a UL-listed 2-outlet extension plate. Insurance will not be kind if something happens and they can show a non UL-listed plate or device was used, a LOT of claims get denied for those kinds of reasons. For actual code compliance in most locals you'd be looking at getting a 2-gang box upgrade, it would cost more, maybe another $100, probably require some drywall cutting and rewiring but if you got an electrician over to do the job, probably better to do it right? I'm just one opinion though.
I think it's not an NEC code violation but it's a recommendation to have the dw on dedicated circuit(high wattage) to avoid the overloading. The filtration system and dishwasher can share the same receptacle unless the total wattage exceeds 1800w then another circuit&receptacle is needed.
Regards!

Unfortunately I can't get the code to work like a few others. Seems like a good deal if the code works.

NEC Guidelines and Code Compliance
The National Electrical Code sets the rules for safe electrical installation across the United States. For dishwashers, the NEC specifies that a dedicated circuit is required. This means the dishwasher should not share power with refrigerators, microwaves, outlets, or lighting.
Most dishwashers need at least a 15-amp or 20-amp breaker, along with wiring that matches those ratings. These standards make sure the dishwasher runs consistently without overloading the electrical system. In many areas, local building codes add their own requirements, which is another reason to work with a professional electrician familiar with both national and local standards.
Failing to follow NEC guidelines can result in more than a tripped breaker. It may void warranties, prevent a property from passing inspection, or even cause serious safety issues down the road.

Just my 2 cents but getting something like this just does not make sense. Everything is proprietary and you will pay for it in the long run. Your standard old school system is much cheaper to own in the long run as you can buy filters and certified RO membranes from almost anywhere.
What is the standard old school system?

I rent but I really eant one of these. I can't find a way to set it up without drilling into the sink for the RO faucet
They sell 2 in 1 taps that have this function built in. One tap for To water and main one for cold water. It's called a 3 way sink faucet.
