This looks interesting compared to the typical system that just uses your supply pressure and has a tank. It seems like people like it and that the main issues are user error or with people not having an outlet available that isn't switched for the disposal. An electrician would generally not wire the switch to both top and bottom since you'd typically want one always hot for a dishwasher.

I rent but I really eant one of these. I can't find a way to set it up without drilling into the sink for the RO faucet

How much should it cost to get one additional outlet added there for it?

You shouldn't need an additional outlet if you have a standard duplex with the top and bottom outlets like is normal. In a typical set up, only one of them will be wired to the disposal switch. The other should be always on so you can power a dishwasher. If that isn't your setup, an electrician would take 10 minutes to rewire the other plug outlet to be always on.

Yes there is one for Dishwasher, always on. Can I add an extension plate and plug dishwasher as well as reverse osmosis like this one to extension plate?

Dishwashers are usually required to be on A dedicated circuit, or a circuit that isn't shared with other large appliances. Adding a second device to the same outlet using a splitter may violate code, depending on your local rules. Could it be done? Of course. The Q3 requires very low amps, the dishwasher would never notice it there. I don't know if an electrician would do it or not though, but its $50-$150 job, easily done in an hour. If they do go for it, make sure they at least use a UL-listed 2-outlet extension plate. Insurance will not be kind if something happens and they can show a non UL-listed plate or device was used, a LOT of claims get denied for those kinds of reasons.

For actual code compliance in most locals you'd be looking at getting a 2-gang box upgrade, it would cost more, maybe another $100, probably require some drywall cutting and rewiring but if you got an electrician over to do the job, probably better to do it right? I'm just one opinion though.

Is there a dish soap hole you could use? Just run the tubing long, use a john guest shutoff and get a 5 gallon for the counter to fill from it.
