They have a legit address and website, but it says "GIVING TECHNOLOGY - AND CONNECTIONS - A SECOND LIFE," though it also says "YYWireless | Bayshine Trading Inc. is a trusted distributor of certified used, refurbished, and new mobile devices." Could be new, but more likely to be refurbished. 2.5 stars on 139 reviews on Google, mostly about selling "unlocked" phones that are locked.

I've used this seller on eBay many times for used phones to trade in and they have been easy to work with and provided good devices. I'm skeptical that these are new but I was able to get an order in!
