That sounds like you got teh Jackpot. Basically someone activated it in September and paid Apple Care+ so you a) have a brand new watch from September and have been) warranty until September next year and c) can decide with + if you will continue the warranty or $30/year indefinitely if desired. Received mine as well. 94% battery health and looks like new.
Looks like it also has an AppleCare+ subscription that renews/could renew in a month.
Overall seemingly a great deal. Not the best compared to some of you but I am happy.

I would have returned it for anything below 99% personally, because it means the remaining lifespan is at most 1 to 1.5 years. $300 with tax is a good price only if the watch can last 3 years

Usually, anytime you buy refurbished on ebay they promise you >=85%. And a 94% battery watch can easily last 3 years, I think. Plus, I will likely get a a deal on a refurbished watch 12 in 2-3 years anyway. Big Grin

My Series 7 is at 88%. I think you're expecting the battery health to drop much faster than it really does.

I received mine today and warranty expired in October so it's one year old already. Strangely the battery health is 100%. No visible scratches anywhere. Great deal if in fact the battery is brand new?

Just received mine yesterday. Looks beautiful. Battery health at 99% and has AppleCare+ till October 2026. There was one super small tiny nick that I noticed and the seller gave me $10 back because of it lol. Overall great deal for this. Also has the 2 years warranty from square trade which in the past I was able to get my money back and kept the item depending on the issue.

Did anyone's come in Apple packaging? Mine was plain brown box and generic charger cable, other than that- watch looks great and 100% battery health. Warranty expired

  1. There was a chip on the watch
  2. The strap is not Apple, it's generic. This was expected I guess at this price.
After discovering the chip immediately I asked for an exchange or refund.
