What is the difference between this and this other one from ebay Dyson refurbished:

Update: Seems like the one with one more attachment is the older airwrap version with 3 heat settings vs the one linked by the poster has 2 precise heat settings (newer version but not the latest one which is called airwrap i.d.)???

Both are the same model HS05. While, the eBay listing for mine mentions 2 heat settings, it lists 3 settings in the description. I guess they tagged it incorrectly. However, yours seems to come with diffuser attachment, which is a better deal overall.

It's the same. Dyson uses eBay as another channel to sell.

I ordered the one linked by the poster already, but then noticed this other one with an additional attachment. So was wondering the difference and if i should cancel and re-order. I don't mind not having the diffuser, just wanted to get the later model instead if there is a difference.
Seems like maybe they are the same model perhaps.
