You have to save the offer before you do the PayPal Pay in 4.

Open up the Paypal App
Click Menu icon on the top left
Click Rewards
Under 'Your featured offers' you should see '20% cash back on Pay Later purchase...' Click into that and then click 'Saver offer'
Go to ebay and check out with Paypal.
Once redirected to Paypal, select the Pay in 4 Payment option and complete purchase.
Go back to Rewards (Steps 1, 2, and 3)to check points received.

Ordered the V9 new from Dyson directly and saw the V15 pop up on eBay.... I bit. The v9 was weak af compared to the v15 100 v 225 sucky power. Back to Dyson the v9 went to become a refurb. The laser thingy should be mandatory on every damn vacuum. My V7 is on its last leg, more like last toe. Perfect timing.... looks like I am gonna bite again. Damn you eBay and Dyson!
