There is a lot of talk about Pay in 4. Pay Later Pay monthly also gets you the 20% CB if you have saved the offer. 26% interest, but only if you actually carry the debt to term. You can pay it of early and avoid interest

If the Pay Later Paypal option goes away (if you have it), you'll lose the 20% discount.
The Pay Later 20% special offer period says the order cannot be pending at the close of the offer period, although the terms aren't clear if that's the end of the whole offer or just the special offer (Special offer ends Dec 8) If it doesn't ship on time, poof goes the 20% but maybe you'll still get the 5%
I looked at the ship dates for all of the colors and 3 of them are shipping mid December. The longer it goes, the less chance to close the deal with the 20%

Unfortunately doesn't apply to me since I was rejected for the Pay in 4 from trying in the deal last week. Now it doesn't even pop up for me

You may be right, but I'll play devil's advocate...

The one term completely in their favor is that PayPal has complete discretion as to rewards cut offs, etc.
we don't see that price you posted
