Fill up your cart on samsung website, check one time payment then choose Paypal and from there you should have multiple options in the new paypal window ( balance, monthly, 4x ) choose the 4x they will approve right away or not.
Then place order. You will get a notification from paypal with the amount of points you earned ( 14k ish for me )
Kudos to the one who suggested going through AAA discount program it worked and got it down to $694 before tax
This is the only way I could get it down $775(tax incl) (could be lower now with price fluctuations and buds bundle). I was also using an "EPP account" where I started at AAA website via my AAA membership and jumped to Samsung shop from there based on a link at AAA. Then the base price of my phone came down and after applying the coupons and referral code, I got to about $735+tax.
