There is a lot of talk about Pay in 4. Pay Later Pay monthly also gets you the 20% CB if you have saved the offer. 26% interest, but only if you actually carry the debt to term. You can pay it of early and avoid interest

There was a change to your payment schedule for your Pay in 4 plan with Samsung Electronics America.
If the deal is already done, the refund is supposed to be applied to the balance of your Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly. It should not affect the CB. However no one here on SD actually makes or enforces the rules. The terms of the "Pay Later" are in you Paypal account. The challenge with interpreting the rules is that the basic Pay Later terms aren't written with the 20% cash back. This promo is an outlier.
I got a great deal on the phone. i might be able to negotiate a refund or discount of about $65. My CB is worth $146. Ima just let it go
