Steps to replicate. Must follow exactly.
1. Register for new EPP account.
2. Add fold7 512GB to cart.
3. Open chat, ask to apply BF discount. Let them know your epp email.
4. They will send you a checkout link, open on PC browser and you will get $600 and $120 discount.

5. Apply referral code additional 5% off.
6. Switch to Samsung App, another $50 app promo automatically applied.
7a. Check out with Paypal pay-in-4. 20% cash back.
7b. Add Samsung VIP and free 2-yr protection to cart. You pay ~$130 for 2-yr protection, plus ~$150 worth of Samsung rewards points.
Beware, 7a and 7b are mutually exclusive. Paypal pay-in-4 does not support vip/care+ plan.
MY FINAL COST WAS $895 after the paypal pay in 4 20% cashback.
Edit : I used samsung shop app. I also removed any insurance coverage, pay in 4 PayPal wont show with them added on my end.

Hopefully someone will figure out the trick. I noticed OP mentioned free storage upgrade but I don't see that noted anywhere online or in other posts...
