Save your money, this size box is a joke. The 5 drawer mechanics cart from HF is down to 200 and is huge compared to this in actual tool storage and usability, just as an example.

I own one. Half the drawers have horrible slides and the doors fly open if move the toolbox at all.

I've had this for 3 years now and to be honest it's not that bad it's a pretty basic design and it's not Snap-on quality but if you need a basic tool box set up this is not a bad start

https://www.harborfreight.com/%20...70375.html sale isn't live for non inside track members yet but will be 199 for black friday, it may look smaller being a cart but trust me it's way bigger and has way more usable space.

I have this, different brand but the same. except mine doesn't have peg board hooks. Paid 99-ish but that was a year ago inflation speaking.

Use it to store pistols CCW pistols, holsters, etc with their respective magazines, and other gun related stuff for easy access. Even designed a 3D printed a body armor hanger hook (for a "tough hook" or similar) to hang off the side. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7059286

*I have no kids or nor minors who access my home so not worried about firearms being a locked 'safe.'

Dang, based on the comments here, this is pretty bad..

Anyone have any experience with either of these? Been eyeing them for a while now. Would like some input and opinions..

Probably all made in the same factory with slightly different features and paint jobs. All are going to be flimsy and tiny. Even back when these went on sale as low as 60-80 bucks I'd argue you could do better with that money saved towards something else, at 120 bucks it's a not even a contest, unless you just have a handful of homeowner tools that will fit in it and need some place to put them, you'll be better served to put the money towards something better. The 5 drawer mechanics cart I linked above is great for a car guy, more general use I'd wait and see what Harbor Freight/Home Depot/Lowes have this holiday season, you can get a decent size and quality husky/yukon/kobalt 46x18 or so cabinet, it's already down to 300 on home depot.
