Worth it? Or is there better to be had for the price?

Amazon has the Black/Copper and the Graphite also on sale for under $200. Looks better than the Denim IMHO. Wondering about the ear comfort. I am a Sennheiser fan and I bought the Sennheiser HD 4.5 back in 2019 on BF but returned them because the ear cups did not feel comfy. I currently use the AT-M50xBT2, which I love.

That said, I usually love the Sennheiser sound and the mic quality is usually top notch as well, such as on the SC 660 PC headset, for example.

I was going to pull the trigger on these but decided to read the Amazon reviews. A lot of reviewers complained about the touch controls and the "Auto-Off" feature which can sometime switch the unit on. A lot of positive reviews on the sound quality but the ANC was so-so or "meh" for many. Decided to pass on these and look at the Sony XM5's for a little bit more. Still deciding.

Yeah touch control a bit iffy, but I can deal with it. Having compared both momentum and xm6 in terms of sound (using a popular autoeq preset), I'll pick momentum every time. Also way more comfortable.

Are these a significant upgrade over the Sony XM4?

I think they fixed the issue with it turning on. Haven't had it occur lately. In my opinion they are the best sounding headphones in their class.

Choose from a variety of other colors here for $199:

The ear pads are also easy to replace if desired, there are some cooling gel earpad replacements that work well.

I can't comment on these but I have seen reviews say that XM6 is not worth the upgrade over XM4 so i'm keeping mine.

Most likely the lowest price I've seen for these, though Denin would not be my first choice in terms of color.

Significant upgrade? no. But they are better. I have had XM4s and I currently have these. These sound way better and the battery life is much better. these have a 65ish hour battery life with ANC on.

The only issue I have with them is I have a big ass head and they kind of push on my ears so after a few hours my ears start to hurt. Not a lot but enough to be annoying. I designed and 3d printed an adapter to use the earpads off of beyerdynamic headphones. they are bigger and more comfortable but if you don't have a massive head like me they would be perfectly comfortable

Not better, overall, in my experience. These are for those who prioritize sound quality over the more refined, user-friendly controls, better noise-cancelling, & user experience offered by the bigger, more mainstream offerings like Sony & Bose in this price range. Despite offering 'better clarity' (to my ears, not necessarly 'better' for extended hours of listening), I use my XM4s (excellent & better EQ), & the wife uses the QuietComforts more often than these. The advantage of top-level noise cancellation in all but the quietest of spaces should not be underestimated in acheiving an enjoyable listening experience without risking ear damage. It really boils down to preference, & neither of us prefer the subjectively better 'sound quality' (which is lacking in none of the 3) over the better overall user experience. But we're all different in our preferences. The Bose are slightly more comfortable, but I wear the XM4s for hours with no complaints. I prefer the EQ'd sound of the XM4s over the QuietComforts, & find the Senns become uncomfortable faster of the 3. That said, had I purchased only the Senns, I'd have adapted, perhaps stretching the band, &/or replacing the earcups with plusher aftermarket versions.
