US Mobile offers all three networks, but this one is specifically for their Light Speed network, which is on T-Mobile. The "Multi-Network Addon" allows you to add a 2nd/3rd line on the other networks if you want (so your main would port into the T-Mobile network, but you can have a secondary on AT&T or Verizon).

For those in congested areas, this plan has QCI8, compared to Mint's QCI7. BTW QCI7 is same as on T-mobiles lower priced postpaid plans.

It is on the promo page: "The line must be activated within 30 days of purchase".
